Bathurst Motor Festival. 2008. : Images from the 2008 Bathurst Motor Festival and the WPS 12 Hour Endurance Race. The festival was a treat for crowds, with a good amount of racing. The 12 Hour race was also great, with a spectacular accident marring it. The driver was lucky to escape serious injury. With 30,000 attending over the weekend, the festival is becoming a major fixture on the national racing calender. The festival and 12 hour endurance race will return in 2009, with the dates yet to be set, and will treat crowds to more high quality racing. Bathurst Motor Festival. 2007. : Images from the second 'Bathurst International Motor Festival'. It's obvious that the organisers have put together a good show, with heaps of action across the weekend. The motor festival was well attended with the 12 hour production car race a full days entertainment. The race was eventually won by BMW, with Subaru coming in 2nd and 3rd place. Organisers have said that next year will be better again, with planning already under way.
